Problem with security

Hello

I have a model where permissions are set through the Excel file.

Some of the permissions are using NTNAME and some are using USER AND PASSWORD.

When I open the model on the server, permissions NTNAME excellent work.

When I leave only the USER AND PASSWORD permissions on the Excel file and try to open the model, I get a white screen.

I also tested the model on a computer with PERSONAL LICENCE and everything worked properly.

Does anyone know why i get a white screen when I open the model on the server?
