Problemas com a instalação do Qlikview Desktop

I was wondering if someone could help me.

Already working with Qlikview about 2 years.

And after you create the file with the Qlikview Desktop can no longer open the file on my machine. I've tried everything. Someone can help me. For, as I am now working with Qlikview wanted to go down with the tool to not lose the knowledge gained.

What error message do you recieve when trying to open your file?

The message that appears is as follows:

Your installation of Qlikview has exceeded the maximum number of document retrievals allowed for a personal license Edition. To continue using the Qlikview, you need to purchase a full license of the QlikView. Please contact your local sales office of Qlikview.

But when I installed on the computer of my residence functioned normally.

Bom dia Jorge!

Você tem licença na sua máquina? Se não tiver e tiver como conseguir uma de um servidor, é só abrir um arquivo no servidor que ele aloca uma licença para você. O fato dele ter permitido antes você abrir um arquivo, mesmo sem ter licença, é que a versão free permite a abertura de alguns arquivos, mas uma hora ele dá o erro mesmo.
