Progressive values

Dear all, my legs are tied and I can't go on.

I don't know how to solve this problem. I've the following table:

Year Month     WhValue

2012     1          1000

2012     2          2300

2012     3          4500

2012     4          6900

2012     5          7500

....

...

WhValue is a progressive, therefore if I would know the exactly values per months , I should do  the difference between February and January (2300 - 1000) and so on.  How can I calculate these values in the script, in order to have the following table

Year Month    Value per Month

2012     1          1000

2012     2          1300

2012     3          2200

2012     4          2400

2012     5            600
