Protocol error in TDS stream when loading AX2012 data

I encounter this issue when trying to load all the fields from AX2012 database in QlikView as the screenshot below.

Checked that this error only occurs when i load certain fields in the database but i could not identify which/what type of field that causes this error message.

I noticed some thread wrote that this error has to do with the driver version. Anyone encounter this issue before having this SQL Server (version 6.03.9600) ? odbc.png
