Publish Apps running forever and cannot stop

Hello everyone,

I have two apps publish forever and cannot stop. This two apps manually load without any problem. It hanging there forever when publish.

Here I tried:

1) tried to stop but cannot

2) restarted qlikview server service

3) restarted server machine

Please see attached publish log for more detail.

I am using 11SR2.

Could you upload a copy of the document log found on

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\Log\20160116\010004 - 02-Gen-Stage1\DocumentLog.txt

It could be useful to trobleshoot your issue.
