Publishing to different folders

I have a publisher question.

My Source  documents are set up as follows

QlikView

     Project A

     Project B

     Project C

Each project has its own set of QVDs and QVWs

I would like to re-creat the same structure for my user dcuments?  How can I set up publisher to do so?

Create Project A, Project B & Project C folder under the User documents folder and distribute the corresponding QVW to the Folders.
