Purging of QVD Data

Hi,

To remain in sync to Source database, can we delete the records from achieved QVD?

Yes. INNER JOIN the primary key from the Source with the QVD table. See "Case 4: Insert, Update and Delete" in the Incremental Load section of the Ref guide for an example.
