QMC on Qlikveiw Server - If doing any changes getting error

Dear All,

I am getting below error while changes any changes on QMC my server is without publisher.

An unhandled error occurred.

Validation of QDSSettings object failed: QDSGeneral.ClusterInfo must contain at least one item.

Is this same location:

C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\

and file name: QVPRXML.DLL

Yeah..

But do not do anything frm ur side if u don't have hands-on on it.

I suspect there is issue with QVPR but we restored from back up earlier.

Please get in touch with Qlik support team..

Yeah thts why its better to take those files and also .PGO files back-up regularly and keep

what happen...Client has taken license long back (2-3 years back) but they did't do any thing. Now they give us for development and we have started and almost near to close but not able to see on access point. and they did not subscribe the annual maintenance with qlikview team. So they will not get support from Qlikview team. Kindly help to resolve the issue.
