Hello,
I have upgraded to qv 12 and the problem "failed to open document for unknown reason" started happening.
The restart of qlikview server helps but the problem but it happens constantly. I noticed that it happens after reload but not everytime.
Does anyone knows the solution?
I have one solution - go back to QV 11 but for I wouldn't like that.

Hello Ravi,
at the moment of error happenning we had upgraded from QV 11 to QV 12.
After I contacted the Qlik support, I updated to QV 12 SR1 and the problem solved. I believe it was a Qlikview bug.
