QV Version 12 missing functionality

I am new to Qlikview and just started working with the application since one of my customers have this application.

We recently upgraded from Qlikview Version 10 to Qlikview version 12 but once upgraded, we lost the ability to do full screen prints.  I opened a ticket but it seems that although you were able to do this in V10, that was not brought over in V12.  I was wondering if anyone came up with a way to do this in V12/

Hi

"Full Screen" means?

Do you possibly mean the "Print Sheet" option?

In version 10 prior to upgrading to version 12, our users were able to print the full dashboard but now they can only print portions of the dashboard.

We have one dashboard that is a Corporate Dashboard showing many things like "Total Lines Processed", "Fill Rate History", "Margin by Rank", "Direct and Stock Sales", etc..

In version 10, if I clicked on this main dashboard someone on the screen outside of all the views making up the main dashboard, I was able to right click and select print.  It would print the full screen.

In Version 12, if I click on the main dashboard, I do not have an option to print the full dashboard.  I must click in each of the individual views that make up this full dashboard, then print each of them one by one.

We need the functionality to do the full screen print like we had in the past.  I know I can use a "snipping tool" but that is not what we need, we need it to function like it did in version 10.

So you are accessing the document form the access point as the user would and attempting to do a screen print from the server.

I'll have to test when I get back home tonight as I don't have v12 installed at my client site.  Unless of course someone else can take care of that before I get home.

Well I've just checked on the Print option, I thought maybe via an action associated to a button.  That did not work either.  There is an option to do that using the QlikView client software, but as soon as you switch to WebView it no longer works.  If you look at the actions that are available, while in WebView, under the print drop down you'll see that the Print Sheet option is no longer available.
