QVW File generated by Script & macro execution

Hi Guys,

we have qlikview server located in the US; the performance in EMEA of QlikView are really poor.

Question:

• There's any way to publish the app on the access-point and at the same time have the app automatically generating a .QVW file with the updated data? In this way the user can open directly the qvw file (using QV Desktop) instead of going through the access point. Could make sense?
• There's any way to have the app published on the access point, automatically executing a macro that extract also 3 different tables availale on qlikview?

• Yes. Create another Publisher task that "Distributes to Folder". The Folder can be located at the other side of the globe.
• I don't think so. The Publisher doesn't run macros. But you can export internal tables during execution of the load script.

If you don't have a Publisher, then consider bying a license. It makes life a lot easier.
