QVW file for migration of server user bookmarks

Hi All

I provide this QVW file demonstrating bookmark migration funktionality. It:

- Uses "replace bookmark" functionality
- Keeps bookmark basic properties
- Keeps bookmark shared properties and specific user grants

Any proposal for improvement etc. is highly welcome.
