Hello guys,
I was adding pictures to a report in my QVW. But now I noticed that the size of my QVW is getting bigger every time I add a picture (even when i remove the object in my report). So I think these pictures are somewhere in memory of my QVW.
What would be a good way to decrease the size of my QVW?
Thanks in advance!!!
And what size is your .qvw?
It sounds that you embed these pictures within the qvw with a bundle-load which could increase the filesize very much if there are many pictures and/or pictures with a high resolution. The alternative would be not to load the pictures else to just use the paths to the pictures as link.

Original it was 65MB but now after adding some pictures (mostly for testing, to find the best size and pixels) it's over 170MB.
It's true that my first pictures where to big (6 or 7 MB), but now i'm using one picture of 1MB. So all the other pictures added in to my report (but no longer used) still impact the size of my QVW.
And I cannot find a way to delete them (it's not a bundle load in my script).
I'm not sure if it worked but try it in this way - go within the qlikview start-window and there choose by this application "Open without data" and then do a reload and saving and look again on the filesize.
