This thread is covering the QV11 certification BETA exam, which was only available until beginning of Jan 2012.
It is replaced by the QV11 certification final exams, and you should find all information about the certification process and requirements on the QlikView partner portal, section education - certification:

I noticed that they have removed the sample questions from the certification FAQ (but there is still a lot information in the FAQ, so please read it carefully, it should answer most questions, including these:
The exam itself is based on a electronic multiple choice test, and you need to take the exam in a Pearson Vue testing center. Thus you need to create a Pearson Vue account and book a test site. The test is not for free!
