QlikView AccessPoint No Server Message

I encountering Message: No Server in QlikView Access Point.

In the WebServer Log, there are authentication failed error.

Currently QlikView Web Server and QlikView Application Server are located at 2 different VM machines.

I have verified that all the Qlikview Service are up.

Please kindly advise on configuring the authentication from web server to application server. Thanks
