QlikView Designer training

I am working as qlikview designer and looking to get some fomal training as qlikview designer. Rates I found for 2 days designer training in uk is £1000, in saudi arabia £2000 USD and in india is 25000 Rs. It means course price in india is 4 times cheaper than in UK and 5 times cheaper than in Saudi arabia.

This raise several questions and some of these are?

Are these trainings are provided by qlikTech or not?

If through QlikTech, then software cost should also be adjusted to specific country. However, in the website I didn't find such thing.
