I'm being asked to produce more and more QlikView reports for monthly, weekly reporting. However, I'm finding the reports in QlikView to be a little lacking in flexibility and presentation:
Users need to be able to select which pages are ommitted/included in each report
Users want to be able to input figures and annotations into reports
Tables that are too big to fit on the page seem to be either chopped off, unless you select "fill with aspect", but then they blow up to enormous size if you only have a little bit of information in them.
Users want reports in Powerpoint or Excel. We can only print physically, or print to PDF.
Does anyone use reports extensively? Have you encountered these issues before? Do you have any tips on how to make reports more useable?
