QlikView Upgrade - 11.20 to 12.10

HI,

I am having a question I could find an answer to anywhere.

While performing an upgrade of QV server from 11.20 to 12.10, in a multimode environment, (QV services are installed on different machines). Which option "Full installation " or "Custom", should be chosen on the installation wizard, to upgrade QV on any machine?

Would choosing "Full Installation", install all services which are not supposed to be running on the server? or it would only install/upgrade only those QV services that are running on the server?

Yes, full installation will install all services. Go for Custom.

Also, are there any screens of the actual installation wizard? Like the step by step procedure to upgrade, with screen shots?
