QlikView open in server and DMS authorization

How open QlikView document with QlikView Desktop by using "open in server" when the server is set with the DMS authorization. I created users in the Custom Directory.

I have the following message:

error loading image

I have no problem when I use windows users to open documents in server but I don't want used windows users.

Hi,

Please check ports 4774 and 4747 is opened or not
