You can use the Show Sheet option on the General tab of the properties window of the sheet to show or hide a sheet. If you select the Conditional option you can enter an expression that returns a numeric value. To hide the sheet make the expression return 0. To show the sheet make the expression return any number that isn't 0. So if you want to permanently hide them simply use 0 as the conditional expression.

Hi Verendra, you can go to sheet properties>general>conditional=0 Do this for each sheet you want to hide.

Hope it helps.

You can hide the sheet by Sheer Properties --> General --> Show Sheet --> Conditional --> write your conditions

Based on conditions & selections, you can show only 4 sheets at a given time.
