QlikView - sorting pivot table problem

Hi,
I have a problem sorting in the pivot table, when I sort the first level, I can't sort the second level anymore.
Can you tell me how to make it sort time for date and for user?

what do you have for each dimension in sort folder of your char properties ?

for each dimension, you may have to code a formula to sort according to your needs
