I am attempting to load a URL using Web Files in the load script pointing to VersionOne,
My URL returns: Unknown Authentication Server
When i reload, i get a message as follows:
Logon Information Unavailable
The sysytetm could not determine which VersionOne customer you are associated with, so could not identify your identity with them to allow you into he application. Please click the link below which should initial an authentication process. If not please contact your network security team.
I never see the link described in the error message. Any ideas?
