Qlikview Accesspoint, dashboard page reloading frequently?

Hi, a couple of my colleagues are experiencing issues where a qlikview dashboard on accesspoint reloads every time they click on anything, and it makes it tough or impossible for them to actually export data to excel.

They are using the same login credential from different computers, associated with a document CAL that has been placed on the dashboard.  The issue doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason though- it might happen when both are using the dashboard, or only one is using the dashboard, or maybe some or none of our other teammates are using the dashboard.  The dashboard isn't being reloaded at all on the qlikview server- it just does that once a day in the early morning hours- and nobody is actively working on the dashboard in the server presently.  I am copying some files from the server presently, but not anywhere near this dashboard.

When I login with my own login credential and named license, I have no such problems.  I see the page reload now and then if I was idle a few minutes or whatnot, but not the page reloading every single click like my two colleagues are experiencing.

We're all three using firefox with nothing special on it except maybe the weather add on I have on mine.  We're all in the same office using the same accesspoint url.

I do wonder if there is some kind of limit to how many machines can use the same login credential on a document cal on the same document concurrently.  I know I can set that explicitly in the document properties, but I have placed no such restriction in there, so wondering if qlikview has some kind of secret limit designed to annoy people.   Also, the server itself is running at 70% of physical memory presently, and I've rammed that to 99% plenty of times without issue, so I don't think the server is causing a bottleneck or anything.

Any advise would be helpful.

Yes, the limit is one. You can only use the same credential from one machine at a time.

Is the session getting disconnected or the browser is refreshing? Is it all browsers and QVW's? What version are you on?

Thanks, I think we're just figuring that out for real now.  I logged in under that credential and colleague and I took turns messing each other up.  Probably just discovering that as usage traffic increases.  I have some document cals in reserve and will probably end up assigning some to some people by name based on need and such.  (People needing access to many/all documents already have named CALs and are unaffected.)
