One of our clients uses Engagor to fetch social media data (Facebook, Twitter,...)
This tool offers a certain amount of analysis possibilities, but as the main BI tool is QlikView we have to look into combining these tools.
Has anybody had any experience with this in the past?
As Engagor is a very expensive tool already on its own, I doubt they would offer the possibilty to directly connect to its database (already launched that question to them, waiting for an answer).
If this would be impossible, it would mean that the client will have to invest in another 3rd party tool to fetch this data into QlikView or we'll have to develop this logic ourselves. For the client the most ideal situation is off course to reuse its already existing tool which contains all needed data.
