Qlikview IE Plugin Message

Hi All,

I have a user that gets message below when trying to run the IE Plugin:

The AJAX version works fine it is just when he runs the IE Plugin.  Every other user works fine with the IE Plugin its just this one person.

Any suggestions on what causes this?
