Hi All,
I have seen Technical Qlikview questions. But I need Qlikview Managerial level Interview Questions(Manager round interview).
Please help to provide.
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
In General Managers won't ask technical related question, they generally ask the project related questions.
1) What is your role in your project? Did you have any Team leading experience?
2) What is the size of your team?
3) Explain about Qlikview Architecture?
4) Qlikview Development Methodology?
5) Qlikview Dashboard Life cylye?
6) What are the precautions you take while developing the Dashboard?
7) How you test and validate the Dashboards?
😎 What is the most challenging task in Qlikview you faced till now?
9) How to improve the performance of the Dashboard?
10) Do you have exposure to client interaction?
11) How you manage your schedule when you have a tight deadline?
12) Any documentation experience?
13) Tips and guidelines while creating the Dashboards?
This are some of the high level questions.
Hope this helps you.
Regards,
Jagan.
I don't think there is a big emphasis on QlikView when you are applying for a manager job.
So just search for IT manager interview questions or something like this, then you'll find e,g.
Hi Swuehl,
I think it is Manager Round Interview not for Manager Position...
I am obviously not a native speaker and I probably don't really get what the manager round interview is about, but it would still assume that it's not about QlikView, but more about 'soft skills', right?
If so, any of the above referenced sites should get you an idea what the topics will be.
Maybe I am completely off topic, though.
Hi,
QlikView manager round will not be a pure technical round (but yes some technical things will be involved) as what I have experienced
Some of the Common questions would be
1) How many projects have you done so far and what was your role?
2) What are the most challenging part in QlikView you have faced so far?
3) What is QlikView End to End project life cycle
4) How would you test your application?
5) What optimization technique you follow?
Later all general question will be asked

@ swuehlI am looking for Manager round questions. They may ask any questions out of techincal skills. I don't know for Qlikview techonology.Thank you.
Hi Stefan,
There will be different rounds of interview in India like Technical Round, Manager Round and HR Round.
-Technical Round will have all the questions done by an expert in Qlikview.
-Manager Round will be done by Managers (may or may not have technical knowledge in qlikview), they just ask some project based questions to test management skills.
-HR Round - Salary Negotiations etc.

Jagan.
It is very hard for me to improvise and quickly respond to questions, so the answers to them take a very long time. That is why preparing for an interview in a new workplace sometimes takes weeks for me. I study the structure of the company, trying to understand what questions HR can ask. Last time I even ordered a resume from resumeble because I really wanted this job and wanted to eliminate any mistakes to make my resume perfect. So thank you for the questions. Now I will be ready for anything.
