Qlikview Pivot Table Expression

I have a file of dates that have counts and I am using a pivot table because the dates change each month and they need to be the column names.   How do I add a couple of calculated columns to a pivot table  without adding them under each date?   Example data and how I want it to look are attached.  I want to add the two columns in blue but not for each date.
