Qlikview Server Memory Usage and showing many Qlikviews in TaskManager

Hi ,

i am new to qlikview server,

from last few days i am facing new problem in qlikview  server .

i.e i have total 6 dashboards, files size is  30,45,53,60,50,70 mb respectively with data .

now in task manager memory consume more memory and showing multiple(6) QLikview tasks .

we are  not dedicated system for qlikview server,we are using test server of .net software and sql server.

qlikview 11 sr2 ,basic license 5 user cals

if i kill these processes next day again it is showing 6  for reference i have attached screen shot.

After reload of qlikview not releasing  memory, due to this .net soft ware  is very slow 

how to handle and close this case .

Hi Chenna,

Very important point is ,QlikView is commanded that we need to keep separate server/Machine/System for QlikView Server (i.e We need to dedicate a separate machine to QV Server).

Why should we maintain like separate machine is ,QlikView Server will utilize the RAM fully we don't have any option to restrict/Control the RAM utilization .

So automatically your machine performance also will reduce.

Temporary solution for this is :-we need to restart the  QlikView Services (5 Services) manually so that it will release some memory.
