Qlikview license related issue while swapping from one server to other server

Hi ,

Recently we migrated Qlikview from x server to y server and tried to open Qlikview apps which were developed in x server from y server by leasing the licenses but still getting the message stating that "Exceeded Maximum number of documents allowed for a personal Edition License"

Could you please advise what are all the tasks need to be take care related to licenses while swapping Qlikview server  from one server to other server.

Are you trying to open a qlikview document from a qlikview desktop ?

This message indicates that the license has not been leased on the desktop.

Trying to open the app from Qlikview desktop.

If I remember correctly there is an allow license lease setting in the server.

Is that enabled?
