Qlikview server session logs not matching with QMC statistics

When looking into session logs, I see a total of 105 users however an individual ran a test and set up the requirements to be 170 users in 15 minutes (via Jmeter which will do load testing). Our information is completely different what could be the cause of this?

Note: She is checking QV statistics and Jmeter. She was the only who emailed me a STATIC file.

Session logs only say 105 users.

QEMC say 170 users

I am guessing for whatever reason maybe sometimes it takes time for qlikview to put itself into session logs even though she shut the server down? or maybe because she set the server off all the files weren't captured?

I ended up solving this issue Turns out that the way she close the server trapped the sessions as inactive and once session time out expired they appeared in our session logs.

File she sent me at 11:31 am was 90 kb only 150 users with max concurrency of 150

File she sent me without running any additional texts file updated itself 12:31 was 171 kb 170 users with max concurrency of 170.
