Qlikview stop working when click in Calendar

Hi All Qlikviewers

I got problem about Qlikview Calendar. I sent to one of my users a .qvw report. In this report, there are 2 calendars (one is for the "From Date", and the other is for the "End Date"). He click the date from one of calendar and then Window warning showed up as P1. The meaning is "Qlikview has stopped working".

But the report works well on my machine qlikview which is the same version as the user's. Our qlikview version is Qlikview 11.00.11282.0 SR1.

Anybody has ever confronted this kind of problem?  thank you all in advance for any suggestion.

1.Did you check whether the user has enough RAM ??

2.Your client is using the same Qlikview version as you ?

3.What is the file size ?

I'm sure that file size and RAM are not the things that caused the issue.  We share the same Qlikview version which is Qlikview 11.00.11282.0 SR1.
