On the document task, go to the Server->Performance tab.  Select "Always on All Nodes" and "Preload".  See https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/November2017/Subsystems/QMC/Content/QMC_Documents_UserDocuments...

Check all timeouts in the application and QMC related to documents to make sure the most recent model of the app will be in memory.

Also, if the reload takes long or you simply want to have the version available even during the time it may take to distribute, uncheck in the QMC > System > Setup > QlikView Server > Documents "Allow Only One Copy of Document in Memory". Otherwise, the document will be purged from memory until the new one is ready and preloaded, as mentioned above by jwjackso‌
