Our users had an issue with one of the files opening in access point. The file gets hanged showing the below message
I too get the same message for a while when I open the file but the file is opening up after 5 or 6 seconds, but for the users the file is not showing up.
Any suggestions on this.
Also the users are able to open other files in this folder but not this.

Did you or your user have tried a different browser? How big is the application? Compressed? Section Access?

You are usig https, which means that you are usig IIS webservices, right? what Version on IIS? IE browser Version?
Thanks marcus for the response, the file size is nearly 1.3 GB there is no section access.
I tried in IE and all our users use IE only , I was able to load the file after 5 - 6 seconds

The version of IE is 11.0.9600....

I would say that the filesize is the causes to Your "hanging" problem. 1.3 GB is a lot.
