What are you asking?

I have seen other obscure requests from you and want to help.

Are you asking what starting a project from scratch means? .... that means from the begining.

Are you asking us to tell you how to create a Qlikview project listing the steps end to end?  Not sure this is the place to ask and I might recommend a Qlikview book for that.  No one gets paid to answer these questions as it is largely supported by fellow enthusiasts.
