REMOVE DUPLICATE ROWS

Dear Guys

I am facing  a issue.

I have one table with three columns.

PolicyNumber,PolicyName & products.

Here some repeted policy number exists.

Requirement is that:  When two PolicyName  come for one PolicyNumber then DEAD column should delete.

But when two DEAD for one policy number then an\y one should delete.

I am attaching Excel.Here all yellow columns should delete.
