Reduce data only for specific values of fields accrodding to access given without impacting other fields in the table

Hi All,

I have a data as below

Region	Sports Name	Price USD	Sport Value USD
ASIA	Basketball	455000	76000000
ASIA	Carrom	650000	250000000
Central Europe	FootBall	1631250	400000000
Central Europe	Swimming	115915.6862	27562800
PACIFIC	Soccer	303661.41	110400000
PACIFIC	Hide and Seek	358800	69000000
UK	High Jump	123690	92340000
UK	Cycling	145200	40691640
US	Running	458999	485765
US	Boxing	129756	48202714

Now requirement is- if user belongs to ASIA and Central Europe then he will be able to see data as below

Only Sport Name and Region Column should be restricted for him while Price USD and Sport Value USD should appear as is .

I like to implement the same in back end with help of section access. 

Note - Other is remaining values 

*Admin should see all values as a Super User*
