Regarding QlikView report refresh

Hi Friends,

I appreciate your time. I have an issue in report distribution, could you kindly let me know your suggestions.

I have an internal report and distributing the same for different clients.

So for one specific client, with out any reason the report seems empty after refresh. But when I reload again it is populating with some data.

Why is that simple refresh resolves this issue?

Could you please let me know your suggestion?
