Dear Boss,

To learn any functional module it is not the work of one or two days but it requres lots of time . whether it is sales and distribution, Production planning & controlling,Business process reengineering, Finance & Costing. Material Management.

If you know the Functional process very well then ERP does not make matter whether it is SAP, Navision,Oracle, DataTex.
