Relative positioning of straight tables

Hi,

In a sheet I have 4 straight tables and 7 text boxes (used as headers) which are displayed as one single chart

Usually there will be 9 rows in the first straight table but when there are less than 9 rows there is a big gap between the 1st table

I wanted to see if there is a way the bottom  charts gets tagged along with the first chart based on the data.

I would really appreciate your help ASAP.

Is it possible to create an inline table with all the 9 LOB values and display it in first row and respective values in the expressions?

May be share sample data, I believe it can be achievable using Island Table With Pick(Match(...)...) on top.
