Hi,
Is it the log from the server? If it is, you can get more details if you enable (and check) the log generated by the file itself.
You can enable it in settings-> Document properties -> Generate log file.
During reload, a file with the same name, but with the extension .log will be generated in the same folder of the application.
Hope this helps,
Erich

Does it work when you reload it in your machine (not in the server)
Does the ODBC connection exist on the server?
Is the connection on the server a system DNS or user DNS (if it is a user DNS, it will not be availabe to other users and the server can be running on a different account).
Is it a different environment? (32 x 64 bit). If you change the environment you may need different drivers and different connection strings.
We found the solution: I did not have access to the folder that report was saved.
Thanks for your help
