Is it possible to do Reload task button for starting qmc reload task directly from QlikView application?

Unfortunately, this is not possible for QlikView. There is a Reload button extension for QlikSense (https://developer.qlik.com/garden/5c52da7cadb83900174f7484) but not for QlikView.

It's possible.

You have to create an "External Event Trigger" for the reload task, then you can use QMSEDX.exe to start the task directly from a button action or via a macro, which gives more flexibility.
