Reload using QlikView Publisher

Hi QlikView folks,

I've a strange problem while reloading a qvw using Publisher. I've scheduled the reload of a doc using QlikView management console,every two hours with the task created in Source documents . It says the task is failed.

But while checking the qvw, I found it to be reloading perfectly as per schedule.

I couldn't understand why management console is showing like that?

Please help me regarding this!!

Have you checked document log?

Yes....the log says Execution finished.

Also to track the reload I've used a text object that displays the last reload time of the document.

From that I figure out it's getting reloaded successfully, but QlikView Management Console is dispalying in the opposit way.

Is your task a reload only task or does it do other steps ??

Can the faliure be traced to another part of the task ??

Have you checked the log for the failed task? This should give you details of the reason for the error.
