Hi,

Just wondering what will happen if a user was deleted from active directory server first. Will the document CALs be removed as well?

No, they will not be removed.

Think of it the other way around:

If you accidently had deleted someone from AD and put the person back a few minutes later, you would have to check if other systems have also deleted that person.

but it is a easy test to do if you want to be sure

can you create a user in the AD, then assign license and delete from the AD
