Repeat First Row

Does anybody knows how to repeat the valeu of the first row from the first column over all the rows in the second column like the image bellow?

The magic is the additionally TOTAL <Dimension1, Dimension2, ...> statement within your expression - have a look within the help how it worked and for what it's aimed and then make a few attempts. It's important to understand this and not very difficult.
