Replicating the chart in the file attached

Hi,

I have replicated the chart in the attcahed file however im stuck as to how add in the Group descriptions on the bottom of the graph.

All the graph is fine and has the Legends correct e.g Percentage Satisfied etc however not the other dresciptions.

Any hlep?

I cant  find a way of adding in the descriptions such as "Call time to Asnwer" at the bottom of the graph, not sure how to Qlikview

the legends i can a create and see such as "percentage Satisfied" im just not sure who to add the other descriptions to the group of bars ( one description to group of 3 bars)

add two dimension in your chart

1- column which is having values (Call a answer….Ability to analysis...etc)

2. Column which is having values (Percentage satsfied , Persentage null etc)

in expression - calculate the percentage as required formula

Call to Answer etc - are columns in my Data Tab - range from 10 to 1

Percantage Satisfied - does a count if ratings are from 10 to 7

Percantage Null - does a count if ratings are from 6 to 5

Percantage Disatisfied - does a count if ratings are from 4 to 1

so not sure if i can have a 2nd dimension for ....
