Can anyone help me with an issue I'm having with the QlikView Web Viewer?
I'm trying to allow my clients to print their own reports, but when I run the report when using the web viewer as it prints the reports in A4. The issue is I have the reports formatted to A3, so it messes about with the formatting, cutting off text and parts of graphs to try and make it fit onto A4.
How do I get it to bring me up some printer properties menu so that I (or my clients) can select to print in A3 and even choose whether they want to print as PDF or send to one of their added printers?
If not, is there a way that I can set up printer properties defaults so that when they run the report, it automatically prints to A3 PDF?
Not having this issue when printing from the desktop version, it brings up my printer properties as you would expect.
