Report page settings in Qlik view

We've a problem in page management by the report with our installation QlikView April 2019 Vers. 12.40.200000.0

In page settings (Report\Page\Page settings) if we set "Use sheet as requested" the users print a report out of scale and the table is compressed.

The strange thing is that accours only with a large set of data; if the result table is small it has been right printed. 

We've made lot of test but this function of resizing seems like doesn't work..


Any suggestion?
