Reports - header missing

Hi,

I am setting up a very simple report with three objects, a header and a footer.

The issue is that the header does not show on the printout or the print preview, however it is visible in the 'Report Settings' dialogue.

Any ideas?

I've been experimenting with this today. It looks like the headers and footers disappear unless the margin settings for Top > Header and Bottom > Footer. If they're set to the same size ( 2cm / 2cm ) then they're gone. Set it to 2cm/1.5cm and the header/footer shows up again. That was the solution to my issue, in any case.
