Repository Icon missing

Hi, I have a user that cannot see the Repository Icon. I have seen this thread Repository Icon is disabled in Ajax client

The Document Settings Allow server Objects.

The Sheet Properties - Security "Add sheet Objects" User Privilege is ticked on all sheets

The QMC - Document  - Server Objects "Allow Creation of Server Objects" is ticked for all Authenticated users

Other users can see it.

Any other users settings?

The "More" option on the icon bar does have the Repository option, so just the icon is missing.
