Requirement on Bar chart Scale

Hi Team,

I have a simple stacked bar chart having values to 0 to 100% so I need to set up a axes 0 to 100% on Y axes  Fixed  I.e only 0 and 100%    I am trying to give it on static min as 0 and Static max as 100 but it displaying a values 0 and 10000%.

Can any one please say whats going wrong in this?

100% equals 1

Set the static min to zero and max to 1.
